SOLID offers its Clients a satisfaction warranty valid for a period of 14 days after the orders date of reception. To fully enjoy of this warranty, the Client must communicate his intention by writing to the customer support service, by e-mail or letter. It will be then provided a return number that must be carried along with the product in its original package, in the same conditions it was sold and with the original receipt of purchase. The Client will then be fully reimbursed with the value of the acquisition.

All products have a 2 Year warranty. It any defect is identified in the acquired equipment during this period, the respective maintenance will be offered.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage due to lack of zeal (incorrect use, abusive, negligent or due to accident)
• Damage due to natural erosion of the equipment.
• Items which interior was breached (disassembled items, separated or modified without permission).

SOLID SECURITY, LDA., does not take responsibility for accidental damage resultant from indirect or special damage. We do not take responsibility in the payment of an amount higher than the client has paid for the purchase of the equipment.

All repair expenses and sending fees are of the client full responsibility.

We do not accept returned software whose package has been breached.
Return of batteries will not occur.
